How do I pick the right parts for my PC?

Message or call us on +91 99104 55434 (Mon–Sat, 11 AM–7:30 PM). Tell us your budget, what you play or work on, and the monitor you use. We send back a parts list that is checked for compatibility, usually the same day. You can also walk into the store at 307, Deepali Building, Nehru Place.

Will all the parts in my build work together?

Yes. We check every build part by part before we quote it: socket, memory support, power supply wattage, graphics card length and cooler height. If something you picked will not fit or will hold the rest back, we tell you before you pay.

How long does it take to build and ship a PC?

Assembly and testing take 2 to 4 working days once the order is confirmed. Delivery time after that depends on your PIN code. Send your PIN code on WhatsApp and we tell you the delivery time and cost before you pay.

What if a part in my PC stops working?

For a PC we built: if a part fails in the first month, we replace it at our cost. After that, we handle the warranty claim with the brand for you, so you do not have to visit a service centre.

For parts bought on their own: the manufacturer's warranty applies, and the claim goes through the brand's authorised service centre. Keep your GST invoice.

Can I return a product?

All products are factory sealed, so returns are accepted only if we delivered the wrong product. Record one continuous unboxing video from before the outer box is opened, and report the issue within 24 hours for parts or 48 hours for a complete PC. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

What warranty do I get?

Every part carries its own manufacturer warranty, from one to five years depending on the brand. You get a GST invoice from Pan Infotech, the distributor behind Get Right PC, so businesses can claim input credit.

Do you give technical support?

Every PC we build comes with one year of WhatsApp support from the person who built it. For parts, we answer setup and compatibility questions on the same number.

How can I pay?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, net banking, and bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS). We do not offer cash on delivery.

Do you deliver outside Delhi?

Yes, across India. You can also pick up your order from our store in Nehru Place.

I need 10 or more PCs. Who do I talk to?

Our bulk desk at Pan Infotech handles orders of 10 or more. WhatsApp +91 99101 46461 for a per-unit quote with one GST invoice.
